Health Tip of the Day: Water

There is nothing better than cool, fresh water on a hot day. It quenches our thirst, and rejuvenates our soul. It’s an interesting fact that most Americans walk around in a state of constant dehydration. Why? Our bodies are 75% water and we need to replenish water lost throughout the day, so why do we continue to not feed our bodies? So I have a challenge for you, drink 8 cups of water a day. Trust me, you will feel so much better. Additionally, get an app called “waterminder” it sends notifications to your phone to remind you to drink. So my friends, good luck on all your wonderful hydration.
